"I have been dealing with this insurance company for several weeks/months and have not received anything but the go around. No progress has been made and no one is communicating with me regarding my claim. My roof has obvious signs of hail damage and I am getting no help when i pay over thousands of dollars a year to “HELP” and insure my home. My next stop is the BBB. Wouldn’t work with these people unless you don’t like communication or help!(:"
